Exchange Policy

EXCHANGES

Exchanges may be necessary for a number of different reasons. If you find yourself in a position where you need to exchange an item from your order there are a few things you need to be aware of.

LOST PACKAGE
If it is a mailing issue where it got lost in transit just let us know and we will send out a replacement. If the tracking shows delivered or Return To Sender we can only offer a replacement order to an alternative address because we incur the cost.

PRODUCT ISSUE
If there is an issue on our end where we sent out the wrong product or one with a bad graphic just send us a picture of what you received for quality control purposes and we can offer a refund or replacement. If you simply don't like the product we do not offer replacements or refunds since we print your order on demand.

We never need anything sent back to us we just need a picture for quality control purposes. US customers have up to 30 days after the shipped date and international customers have up to 60 days after the shipped date.

In the event that something slips past quality control we will quickly address the problem as soon as it is brought to our attention. In order to receive a replacement product simply provide us a picture of the product in question and the name on the order and email it to orders@snarkmug.com.

What we need to make a replacement order:

Please provide your name and email.
Please provide the order number
Please provide a picture of wrong/ damaged item.
Please inform us of the changes necessary to correct/make replacement order, ie: color, size, style, etc.
Once we receive this we will print a replacement product and send it right out!

We do not pay for shipping or handling on returns. If we send you a replacement for a bad print or defective product please donate the incorrectly printed mug to a shelter instead of returning it.
